At Wren Files, your satisfaction is important to us. This Returns & Refund Policy explains how we handle returns, exchanges, and refund requests for orders placed through our website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • You notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order
  • The product is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The item has been used or damaged after delivery
  • The return request is made after 48 hours of delivery
  • The item was purchased under clearance, final sale, or marked as non-returnable

2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, email us at [email protected] with the subject line Return Request. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for return
  • Clear photos of the item (for damaged/incorrect items)
    Our support team will review your request and respond with next steps within 2–3 business days.

3. Return Process
If your return is approved:

  • We will provide return instructions and a return address
  • You are responsible for securely packaging the item for return
  • In some cases, you may be asked to hand over the item to the delivery partner directly

4. Exchanges
We offer exchanges only for the same item if it arrives damaged or defective.

  • Exchanges are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.

5. Refunds
As all payments are made by cash on delivery, direct refunds are generally not applicable. Instead:

  • Refunds in cash will not be issued under any circumstance

6. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost
  • If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges

7. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please email [email protected] as soon as possible.

  • If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible
  • Refusing to accept delivery without valid reason may result in account restrictions
