At Wren Files, we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and secure manner. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle order processing, delivery, and related logistics across our worldwide operations.

1. Delivery Coverage
We ship our products worldwide, including urban and remote areas, subject to courier availability.
If your location is not serviceable, our team will contact you to make alternate arrangements or cancel the order.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We accept cash on delivery as the only payment method.

  • Please ensure you are available to pay the full amount in cash upon delivery.
  • Failure to do so may result in your order being returned and future orders being restricted.

3. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
  • During high-demand periods or holidays, processing time may be extended slightly.
  • You will receive an order confirmation once your order is placed and a shipping update once it is dispatched.

4. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • Local/Regional Deliveries: 3–5 business days
  • International Deliveries: 7–15 business days
    Please note that unforeseen delays due to customs, weather, or courier issues may occasionally occur.

5. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you may receive a tracking number via email or SMS (where available).
Not all regions support real-time tracking for COD shipments.

6. Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partners will make up to two attempts to deliver your order.

  • If the delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, the order may be returned to us.
  • Re-delivery may incur additional charges.

7. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping rates (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on location and order volume.
  • Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions which will be clearly stated on the site.

8. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delivery delays or failed deliveries.
  • Wren Files is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect shipping information.

9. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is not delivered within the expected time frame, contact us immediately at [email protected].

  • Include your order number and relevant details.
  • We will investigate the issue and take appropriate action.
